【Pharmacological action】

      This product has good effects on tender, poisonous, Brucella, giant, heap type and mild Eimeria in chickens.It is still effective for coccidia resistant to

      other anticoccidial drugs. It mainly inhibits the reproduction of the first-generation schizonts of coccidia. It is also has an effect on the second-

      generation schizonts. Its peak effect is on the third day after infection. It is effective against various coccidia in rabbits. The mechanism of action of

      this product is to interfere with the endoplasmic reticulum in the parasite cytoplasm, affect the protein metabolism of the parasite, make the

      swelling of the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, and inhibit the oxidative phosphorylation reaction and ATP. Coccidia are prone to

      resistance to this product. After oral administration in chickens, it is metabolized into 9 metabolites such as p-chlorotoluene in the body. After a

      single dose, 82% of the administered dose is excreted within 24 hours and 99% is excreted after 6 days.

【Function and use】Anticoccidiostat. For poultry, rabbit coccidiosis.

【Usage and Dosage】Based on this product. Mixed feeding: 300-600 g for chickens and 1000-1500 g for rabbits per 1000 kg of feed.

【Adverse reactions】No adverse reactions have been seen when used according to the prescribed usage and dosage.

【Precautions】

      (1) It is prohibited during the laying period of laying hens.

      (2) Long-term or high-concentration (60 mg/kg feed) mixed feeding can cause chicken and egg odor. But lower concentration (<30 mg/kg feed) will

           not produce the above phenomenon.

      (3) When this product is used to prevent and treat some coccidiosis, the drug is stopped too early, which often leads to the relapse of coccidiosis,

           and the drug should be continued.
