【Pharmacological action】Diclazuril is a triazine broad-spectrum anticoccidial drug, which mainly inhibits the proliferation of sporozoites and
schizonts.The peak period of activity against coccidia is in the sporozoites and the first generation of schizonts (that is, the first 2 days of the
coccidia life cycle).It has a coccidicidal effect and is effective at all stages of coccidia development. It has a good effect on Eimeria coccidia such as
tender,heap type, poisonous, Brucelli, and giant in chickens, and coccidia in ducks and rabbits. After diclazuril was mixed fed to chickens, a small part
was absorbed by the digestive tract. Because the dosage is small, the total absorbed amount is very small, so there are few drug residues in the
tissues.Mixed feeding at a dose of 1 mg/kg, on the 7th day after the last administration, the average residual amount in chicken tissues is measured
to be less than 0.063 mg/kg. Diclazuril has low toxicity and is safe for livestock and poultry. Long-term use of this product can easily induce drug
resistance, so it should be used as a shuttle or short-term. The effect time of this product is short.The effect basically disappears after 2 days of the
drug stop using.
