【Pharmacological action】Madumicin ammonium is a monovalent monoglycoside ionophore anticoccidial drug with a broad spectrum of
anticoccidial.It is highly effective against Eimeria coccidioides such as poisonous, giant, tender, stacked, Brucelli, and metamorphosis in chickens.
The mechanism of action is to interfere with the sporozoite stage and the first generation of schizonts in the development of coccidia, which can not
only inhibit the growth of coccidia, but also kill coccidia.
Nicarbazine has a good control effect on a variety of Eimeria in chickens, such as tender, fragile, poisonous, giant, stacked, and Eimeria brucei. It
mainly inhibits the growth and reproduction of schizonts in the second asexual proliferation stage of coccidia, and the peak period of action is the
4th day after infection.
