【Pharmacological action】Lincosamide antibiotics. Lincomycin belongs to the lincosamide class, which has a strong effect on Gram-positive bacteria,
such as staphylococcus, hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococcus. It has inhibitory effects on anaerobic bacteria such as Clostridium tetani and
Bacillus perfringens Effect. The effect on mycoplasma is weak. It also has certain effects on Treponema hyodysenteriae and Toxoplasma gondii.
Gram-negative aerobic bacteria are generally not susceptible. Oral administration to animals is rapidly absorbed but incomplete, and the
bioavailability to pigs is 20% to 50%. Part of the drug is metabolized in the liver. The original drug and its metabolites are excreted through bile,
urine and milk.
【Action and use】Lincosamide antibiotics. It is used to treat Gram-positive bacterial infections of pigs and chickens, such as swine dysentery and
chicken necrotic enteritis. It can also be used for mycoplasma infections of pigs and chickens.
【Usage and Dosage】Based on this product. Mixed feeding: 0.8-1.4g per kilogram of feed for pigs, for 7 consecutive days; 3g for chickens, for 5-10
consecutive days.
【Adverse reactions】This product has neuromuscular blocking effect.
【Precautions】
(1) It is prohibited during the laying period of laying hens.
(2) Animals allergic to this product or infected with Candida are prohibited.
