Kitasamycin

Nosiheptide
The antibacterial mechanism of Nosiheptide is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein, antibacterial at low concentration while bactericidal at high concentration. Maduramicin ammonium
Madumicin ammonium is a monovalent monoglycoside ionophore anticoccidial drug with a broad spectrum of anticoccidial. It is highly effective against Eimeria coccidioides such as poisonous, giant, tender, stacked, Brucelli, and metamorphosis in chickens. It is also effective against strains resistant to other polyether anticoccidiostats. Madumicin ammonium can interfere with the early stage of coccidia life cycle,that is, the sporozoite stage of coccidia development and the first generation of schizonts. Maduramicin ammonium not only inhibits the growth of coccidia, but also kills coccidia. When maduramicin ammonium is mixed with chickens (5mg/kg feed), the elimination half-life in liver, kidney, muscle,skin, fat and other tissues is about 24 hours.
Salinomycin
This product is a polyether ionophore anticoccidial drug. Its coccidial action mechanism is by interfering with the intracellular normal osmosis of K+,Na+, which allows a large amount of Na+ to enter into the cell. In order to balance the osmotic pressure, a large amount of water enters into the coccidial cells, causing swelling and death. It has effects on Eimeria coccidia such as poisonous, tender, giant, moderate, heap type, and Brucella, especially for giant and Eimeria brucei. It has obvious effect on sporozoites, first and second generation merozoites of chicken coccidia. In addition, salinomycin can also promote animal growth. Feeding 30-60 mg/kg medicine material to piglets which is less than 4 months old, and 15-30 mg/kg medicine to piglets aged 4-6 months can significantly increase body weight and improve feed utilization rate.Oral administration of salinomycin for chickens has little absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. The content in the liver, stomach and small intestine is relatively high while the content in other tissues is very small. Drugs that enters into the body are rapidly metabolized in the liver, secreted by the small intestine and excreted through the feces. The excretion within 48 hours after administration accounted for 94.6% of the administered dose, and over 97% within 72 hours.
Monensin sodium
This product is a monovalent ionophore broad-spectrum anticoccidiostat. It has a good killing effect on chicken poisoning, tenderness, giant, displacement, pile type, Eimeria brucei, etc. It is also effective for the dispersal of E.adenoeides and E.meleagridi and quail’s E.dispersa, Eimeria lytai, lamb Yashi and Eimeria azadi. The peak action period of monensin sodium is in the first two days of the life cycle of coccidia.It has inhibitory effect on sporozoites and first-generation schizonts. The drug effect is the best on the second day after coccidia infection. The mechanism of its coccidial action is to interfere with the normal penetration of K+ and Na+ in the coccidian cells, so that a large amount of Na+ and water enter into the cells, causing swelling and death. In addition, monensin sodium also has a strong antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, and Clostridium perfringens. It also can promote animal growth and development, increase body weight and improve feed utilization.
Nicarbazin
This product has a good control effect on various Eimeria in chickens, such as tender, fragile, poisonous, giant, heap, and Eimeria brucei. It mainly inhibits the growth and reproduction of schizonts in the second asexual proliferation stage. Its peak effect is on the 4th day after infection. It is mainly used for chicken and turkey coccidiosis. Coccidia are not easy to cause resistance to this product, so they are often used to replace the dosing regimen. In addition, for coccidia resistant to other anticoccidials, the use of nicarbazine is still effective in most cases. Nicarbazine has certain effects on egg quality and hatchability. This product can be absorbed by the digestive tract and widely distributed in body tissues and fluids. The recommended dose was fed to chickens for 11 days. After 2 days of drug withdrawal, residual drugs could still be detected in blood and edible tissues.
Decoquinate
Decoquinate is a quinoline anticoccidiostat, its main function is to hinder the development of coccidia sporozoites.Its peak period of action is the first day after coccidia infection. Since it can significantly inhibit the host body's immunity to coccidia, it should be applied continuously throughout the entire growth cycle of broilers. Coccidia are prone to develop drug resistance to decoquinate, so the drugs should be rotated regularly. Its anti-coccidial effect is related to the particle size of the drug. The finer the particle, the stronger the anti-coccidial effect. It should be made into particles with a diameter of about 1.8 μm for use.
